What does it cost?
TripValise is free for now. If that ever changes, account holders are told by email first. See the terms.
Where is my data kept?
Your trips and PDFs are stored in a MongoDB Atlas database, and the app runs on Vercel in Dublin, Ireland. The privacy policy lists every provider.
Can I use it offline?
Yes. Keep a trip for offline use before you travel, then read it and tick packing items, documents, and Tasks without a connection. Other changes need a connection. See How to use.
How do I delete my account?
Write to support@tripvalise.eu from the address you sign in with. We delete the account and all its trips and files within 30 days.
Does it work with assistants other than ChatGPT?
Not yet. ChatGPT is the only supported assistant today; see Connect ChatGPT.
Are there limits?
An account can have up to 20 trips. Each stay, activity, transport, or document item takes up to 3 PDFs of 1 MB each, a trip up to 100 PDFs, and an account 100 MB of PDFs in all.
Does it use cookies?
One sign-in cookie and nothing for advertising. See Cookies and storage.
