Terms of use
These terms apply when you use TripValise at tripvalise.eu, its phone app, or its ChatGPT connection. By creating an account, you accept them.

The service
TripValise is a free trip planner. It keeps your itinerary, with its stops, stays, transport, activities, notes, prices, and PDFs, and lets assistants you connect, such as ChatGPT, read and change it for you. Features may change as the service develops.
Your account
- You need a confirmed email address to use TripValise. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
- You can stop at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, write to support@tripvalise.eu.
Your content
Your trips, notes, and files remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to store them, show them to you, and pass them to the assistants you connect. Upload only files you are allowed to keep, and nothing illegal or harmful.
Fair use
Do not try to reach other people’s data, break or overload the service, get around its limits, or use it to send spam or malware. We may limit or suspend an account that does, and we tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Assistants
When you connect an assistant such as ChatGPT, it acts on your behalf with the permission you approved. TripValise asks it to confirm before removing anything, but check its changes: AI assistants can make mistakes. The assistant’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your chats.
Information from other services
Places, maps, photos, and exchange rates come from other services and may be incomplete or out of date. Check bookings, times, prices, and entry rules with the provider before you travel. TripValise does not book or sell travel.
Availability and liability
TripValise is provided free of charge, as it is, without a promise that it is always available or error-free. Keep your own copies of important tickets. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by relying on the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, or liability for intent or gross negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms. For a significant change, we tell account holders by email before it applies; if you do not agree, you can delete your account. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
